Force 12 primarily offers remote services across Canada and the United States, and will work with international offices upon request. Our team is based in Ontario; on-site support is available in the Greater Toronto Area. If you need on-site support elsewhere, we may be able to connect you with a specialist within our expert network.
We work with organizations of all sizes, from small teams to national enterprises, for business process, automation, and AI services. For teams of up to 20 employees, we also offer hands-on technology planning and support.
Force 12 typically conforms to an hourly rate pricing model, with the cost of purchased software or hardware included. Depending on the project scope, our team will provide an estimate of the time and budget required. We always agree the cost before work begins, keep you updated on our progress, and inform you if we find a simpler, less expensive solution for your goals.
Force 12 is a consulting firm with 30+ years of technology expertise. While we do not offer dedicated IT support as your primary provider, we can proved on-call technology support for small teams up to 20 employees, and can help any organization find and integrate a long term managed IT provider.
Yes. Should your project's scope exceed our availability or expertise, we call upon our network of highly-skilled vetted associates across AI, automation, infrastructure, security, telephony and development. We believe every project is achievable with the right connections.
No. We do not hold contracts with any software company and always cater our recommendations to your goals. Every computer software and AI platform has their own specialties; with direction from our expert automation team and specialist AI associates, we will assess your needs, existing systems, and budget to find the most efficient and economical platform.
Yes. In addition to documentation, instructions, and troubleshooting tips for our automated systems, we also provide ongoing on-call support and changes should your needs evolve.

The timeline of a consultation depends on the scale of operations and number of integrated teams. We always discuss the scope and timeline in prior to the consultation, before any work begins.
Yes. We always develop new tools and systems with your preferred platforms and software, including instances where you wish to automate processes or integrate AI agents. When required, we can recommend secondary systems that can be employed alongside your preferred platforms for peak efficiency.
Our automation services help your staff be more efficient and produce less errors by removing repetitive keying, pulls, documentation and checks. We aim to help your team work better; automation should never replace integral staff members, as it can lead to business process inefficiencies.
Yes. We frequently receive requests to automate Excel spreadsheets. In addition, if your organization wishes to move any routine process away from Excel in preference of another database for even more automation options, such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL, we can facilitate a data transfer.
Yes. AI is derivative of its base process. When organizations integrate artificial intelligence over inefficient business processes, they accelerate errors and increase workload. We can asses your business process for inefficiencies and adapt your platforms to increase your preexisting AI's security, accuracy, and reliability.
Yes. You will always maintain control and ownership over your data; Force 12 does not hold, host or own your data. We ensure every consultant-built system and AI solution runs within your native environment. We incorporate rigid boundaries into our consultant-built systems and external AI agents to ensure they can only access data within their jurisdiction.

When you use our contact form, we collect the following information: your name, email address, organization, and the details of your inquiry, as well as your phone number and number of employees if provided. Your information is exclusively used to respond to your inquiry, to discuss our services in relation to your inquiry, and to keep a record of our correspondence for internal reference.
Unless required by law, Force 12 will never share your personal without without explicitly discussing our objectives and obtaining your consent. Force 12 will never sell or rent your personal information.
Should you require assistance from a fractional leader or specialist within our associate network, we will ask your permission to pass along your name, organization, details of your inquiry, and preferred method of contact. We may also request to share public details that would allow us to better select a leader or associate, such as your industry or scale.
We retain inquiry information as long as our systems, tools, and automation are in use to expedite on-call support, or if required by law. Should on-call support no longer be required, we will permanently delete your information from our records.
No, Force 12 does not collect or retain any information derived from cookies.
